Lindsey has been working in independent day and boarding school admission offices for twenty years. She had the unique experience of growing up on independent and boarding school campuses due to her father being an educator. Lindsey began her career at the Ethel Walker School, an all-girls school in Simsbury, Connecticut, then went on to oversee international recruitment at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York. She returned to her alma mater, Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, New Hampshire, as the Director of Admission for ten years. During the pandemic, Lindsey headed west to be closer to family and became the Director of Enrollment Management at Fountain Valley School in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Her independent school network and strong personal relationships with many admission directors across the United States give her a deep understanding of what it takes for students to be successful on independent school campuses.
